   Proposal Description:
   Aim: To compare the CSF biomarker and genetic characteristics of amnestic and non-amnestic variants among neuropathology confirmed Alzheimer???s disease and    Lewy body dementia variants                                                       Among subjects with autopsy confirmed diagnosis of primary Alzheimer???s          disease and Lewy body dementia variants, we will determine the differences in     the proportion of APOE genotypes and Tau Haplotypes. We will further              characterize any differences in CSF AD biomarkers between them (CSF Abeta -42, total tau and phosphor tau) when evaluated at the mild cognitive impairment and   dementia stages.
